Soothing Cough Balm with Lavender, Eucalyptus and Peppermint Essential Oils

If you're suffering from a hacking cough or tickle in your throat, this soothing balm is for you. 



Ingredients: 
Jojoba Oil - 2Tablespoons


Step 1:  Add 2Tablespoons Jojoba Oil to a glass container with a lid.

 

Step 2: Add 6 drops of each Lavender, Eucalyptus and Peppermint essential oils.

 

Step 3: Mix thoroughly until well blended. 

Use this balm to massage on the throat, chest and back of neck for help in relief of coughing. Leave the balm to absorb into the skin, do not wash off.
