Peppermint Essential Oil Helps Kill Viruses and Bacteria

"A hot bath containing 3 drops peppermint oil, 3 drops marjoram oil and 4 drops lavender oil in 1 teaspoon vegetable oil will warm and stimulate and will often avert a cold or influenza.  Drink a cup of peppermint and lemon tea while in the bath, to encourage perspiration and to help kill viruses and bacteria.  If an infection such as a feverish cold, bronchitis or influenza has already struck, peppermint oil will help loosen mucus and cool and reduce the fever."

Armor Essential Oil Tea

Armor Tea

This is my favorite evening routine! 

It's perfect for anytime I have a scratchy throat or just want something soothing.

Here's how you make it:

1 tsp honey

1 mug of water

Favorite tea bag (I use Sleepy Time Tea)

Sweetener of your choice

1 drop armor essential oil

1. Boil your water with your favorite tea bag and let it steep. 

2. While the tea is steeping, add the honey and sweeter to your mug. 

3. Pour your tea into the mug. 

4. Add 1 drop of Armor Essential Oil Blend 

5. Stir and enjoy!!! 

It's that simple!
