Essential Oils and Snoring

Essential Oils and Snoring

Snoring: Inhale diluted on chest, Lavender diluted on feet.

Application ideas:
Dilute oil of choice as recommend and apply to suggested locations.
Diffuse (undiluted) into the air or place 1-2 drops on a pillow.

Snoring is the hoarse or harsh sound that occurs when your breathing is partially obstructed in some way while you're sleeping. Sometimes snoring may indicate a serious health condition and can even be a nuisance to your partner (Mayoclinic.org).

Additional Information:

Snoring cannot only disrupt sleep but it can also have adverse effects on health and possibly relationships, so finding an effective treatment is very important. Certain essential oils help relieve snoring as they work on clearing nasal passageways and reduce any inflammation around nasal openings (Jones, 199).
