Determination is a blend designed utilizing the following oils:  Fractionated Coconut OilFrankincense (Boswellia frereana), Sandalwood Blend, Melissa (Melissa officinalis), Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica), Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens), Lavender (Lavendula angustifolia), Helichrysum Blend {Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea), Elemi (Canarium luzonicum), Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile), Idaho Tansy (Tanecetum vulgare), Birch (Betula lenta) and Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata)} 



Frankincense - Frankincense will help with immune deficiency and depression, add 1 drop to a glass of water (Schnaubelt 133).

Cypress - Cypress when used in the shower is a good decongestant (Schnaubelt 77); calm a nervous cough when you add 1 drop cypress essential oil to your glass of water (Schnaubelt 2); cypress is a neurotonic and energizing essential oil known to relieve depression and stimulate the mind (Schnaubelt 230); cypress is an effective essential oil to use (topically) when suffering with grief and loss due to a miscarriage or stillbirth (Price 125); "When treating hemorrhoids, aloe vera gel makes a good base for the essential oils, which can be self-administered.  Spending 10 minutes in a sitz bath with essential oils (blended first in a little honey and hot water or an emulsifier [epsom salt]) is also useful, as is a compress.... Applications:

Because this oil comes in a roll-on, it is already diluted for your convenience. Just apply to wrists, ankles, or the back of your neck. **We do not recommend that you ingest or diffuse Determination. It is recommended that you use this oil topically.**
